Filming at the Park

Yesterday was the first day of filming. I went to a park with my teammates in order to begin filming. My teammates and I started by looking over the storyboard in order to remember what we needed to film. After looking over the storyboard we began filming our opening shots. There were a few takes that didn't end up good so we had to redo them several times. But eventually we found a method to create a good looking take that we could use for our shot.

I was the one in charge of most of the filming. But one issue showed up during the filming. My team members and I were all in shots. We needed to find a way to setup the camera for the takes. We tried setting up the shots on a bench or other things in the area. This plan worked for some of the shots, but other shots didn't turn out too good. One of my teammates had their sibling help out and hold the camera for us. Thanks to their help we were able to solve the issue and get some good shots.

Another issue that appeared was the weather. The weather during filming got hot, because my team was filming in the middle of the day. I had to change clothes because the clothes I brought were not suited for the weather. It took a while to get used to the heat, but in the end I was able to adapt.

Overall the filming for the first day went great. There were a few issues that popped up but in the end my team and I worked hard and got through it. Now we need to look through our clips and decide if we need to retake any shots, or if we have everything we need in order to edit the music video.
