The product that I will be advertising for my project will be Nike. Nike is a shoe brand that creates sports shoes used for running and basketball. Over the years Nike has began creating more lines of clothing instead of just shoes. Nike has created many advertisements before and have many creative ideas implemented. One common thing I found was their use of close ups and wide shots in commercials. Nike loves to show close ups of people to show their emotions. One of the most common emotions shown by these close ups is determination and passion. Wide shots are used all the time in Nike commercials because of they want to show their shoes in action. The wide shots normally show the actors running outside for long distances. Another common thing shown is the Nike logo and Motto "Just Do It".
